Can I return raw pet food?

Each company that we carry provides their own manufacturers return policy, which we follow. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Taking into account the nature of raw food being frozen, any product that has been thawed or opened is not eligible for return. If you have concerns about the quality of the product, please let us know and we can find a solution for you and your furry friend.

If you wish to return other items (sale excluded), we will gladly issue a store credit, full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags (subject to CHEWS management), with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.

Do I need proof of purchase?

Yes. We require an original receipt, or if you're a member of our Loyalty Program, we are more than happy to look up your past purchases for you!

Can I return an item I bought on sale?

We accept full priced items for return, however sale items are non-refundable.
