Delivery & Pick Up Information

For all delivery and pick up orders, please order online at shop.chewsraw.ca

All delivery orders will go out Tuesday, Thursday, Fridays between 10am-2pm.  We deliver to Waterdown, Burlington, Oakville, and Hamilton areas for FREE on all orders over $150.00.  Any order below $150.00 will have a $15.00 delivery charge at checkout.

Please have your order in before 7pm the night before delivery to be added to the schedule. Orders placed after 7pm the day before delivery will be added to the next available delivery day!

Deliveries to apartment buildings: You must be at home during the time of deliveries to meet the driver in the lobby.  We cannot go up to the individual suite.

If you are a member of our Loyalty Program you will need to create a profile in our E-commerce platform. This will sync with your current account and add to your loyalty points when you use the same e-mail address.

We are still offering curbside and in store pickup.
